Join 2021 National Book Award for Fiction Finalist Robert Jones, Jr. (The Prophets) and Winner Jason Mott (Hell of a Book) for readings and conversation on the deep contributions of Black writers to Southern literature, including their own works. Moderated by Kiese Laymon, author, most recently, Heavy: An American Memoir. Presented in partnership with Coahoma Community College and the Coahoma County Higher Education Center.
